Our mission is to “Support the student members of the Oxford Area School District’s music ensembles to enhance their experiences in all aspects of their musical journey.”
The Oxford Band Parents Association (OBPA) was originally created to provide support to the
instrumental band programs in the Oxford Area School District. For reasons unknown to our current board, the choral programs were never adopted. In September of 2022 this oversight was fixed. We have renamed the organization Oxford Music Boosters (OMB) and adopted all music ensembles within OASD. This includes band, chorus and orchestra students. So welcome to the OBPA family!
Who are we?
​​The Oxford Music Boosters (OMB) is made up of parents who have children in any music ensemble in the Oxford Area School District (OASD).

What do we do?
The OMB supports ALL music ensembles in ALL OASD schools. We organize fundraisers to help offset the cost of programs like Music in the Park, as well as instruments for the music programs. We chaperone trips and events.

Why do we need you to get involved?
Your support and involvement in the OMB tells your child that you support them. Please consider giving a little bit of your time to help with a fundraiser or setting up for a performance or chaperoning a trip.
